Shipping and handling time may vary. Most items are shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days with a 3-10-day shipping time for standard shipping and 2-day shipping for expedited. Please note, the handling time remains the same for either shipping option. You will receive a tracking number emailed to you the day that the item ships. If you need something shipped outside of these time frames please contact our Order Department for special requests. Don’t forget to watch for our promotions on free shipping!

We only ship to the continental United States.

Out of Stock Items

We work with several suppliers so we can often place a special order for an item if we are currently out of stock. This may take additional handling time. If you have questions on any out of stock items please email us at [email protected]. If we cannot ship an out of stock item within 30 days of the order the order will automatically be cancelled

Returns

Fanhood Gear wants you to be fully satisfied with your order and we will happily accept returns, within 30 days of delivery without prior authorization. If you wish to return an item after thirty days up until ninety days after purchase, or wish to return one of the items on our site that ship directly from the manufacturer please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact our Customer Service department and advise of the item you would like to return
  2. Please provide us with detailed information, including your order number, item you are returning, as well as why you are returning your item
  3. Once you have contacted us, we will review your request and provide further instructions
  4. If you need to attach a photo, to ensure we can view your attachment, please do not send over files larger than 25MB.

Manufacturer Direct items that are Game Used, Vintage, Customized and Personalized cannot be returned

  • Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
  • Manufacturer direct items cannot be returned after 30 days absent a return authorization as outlined above.

* It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement.

All returns must be in the original undamaged packaging. You can contact us for return instructions at Customer Service. In most cases, shipping charges will not be refunded. Exceptions can be made for mis-shipments or defects but you will need pre-approval prior to shipping the return so please contact us first.

Holiday Shipping times

Please be aware that during the holidays the manufacturer or distributor may be receiving a high volume of orders. While we do our best to ensure the items will be shipped in time for holidays such as Christmas, Mother’s day, Father’s day, etc., we cannot guarantee the delivery times when items are ordered on too close to the date you would like them received.

Made To Order Items

Some items show as in stock but are made by the manufacturer when ordered. These items may include things such as team rugs or mats. If you need an item delivered by a certain date please contact us at Customer Service and we will do our best to assist you in getting the item delivered according to your request.
